Yes, we assist with company registration and assess residence through employment in that company. Registration alone does not grant residence: the employment and applicable salary requirements must be met.
Our offer starts at EUR 100,000 invested in the share capital of a qualifying Latvian company, plus EUR 10,000 paid to the state budget. Legal services, application charges and document-related expenses are separate; the complete budget is agreed for your case.
We assess the route for your spouse and children and prepare the family’s documents together. Each family member needs a separate application; residence is not granted automatically.
The timing and required visits depend on the route, your documents and the authorities’ review. We discuss the steps and appointments before preparing your application.
